What We Do

Our law firm only represents individuals who have been harmed as a result of medical malpractice, medical negligence or negligence. We have developed substantial trial skills from years of litigating difficult and complex cases. We are a boutique law firm and only represent a few clients at a time so that we can dedicate all of our energy, effort and resources to our client’s cause.

We begin each case the same way. We meet with our client to fully understand their story. Then we obtain all the medical records and thoroughly review them. Once we are familiar with our client’s story and medical course, we consult with medical experts to determine if our client’s case has legal merit. If after thoroughly reviewing the medical records and consulting with experts we determine that the case has strong merit, we will file suit.

After the law suit is filed in the appropriate court, we engage in a process called discovery. Discovery allows us to obtain certain documents and to question relevant medical providers and other witnesses under oath so that we can properly prepare the case for a successful outcome. We work tirelessly during discovery to place the case in the best possible position to win. Once discovery is completed, we will try to resolve your case before trial by negotiating a fair and just settlement with the medical providers and their insurance companies. If we cannot reach a settlement agreement before trial, we will present the case to a jury and ask the jury to render justice.
